We recently engaged UBH structures to produce structural designs for a ground floor extension and loft conversion project we are planning. We are more than happy to recommend Urslan and his company, to anyone else planning a similar project. Urslan’s work has been excellent. The process started with a site visit, where we met Urslan for the first time, and found him to be friendly, a clear communicator, and somebody who is very thorough and takes pride in his work. During the site visit, he pointed out a number of issues that hadn’t been considered by the architect who produced our planning permission drawings, and suggested practical solutions to overcome them. After the visit he kept us informed of progress and raised queries via WhatsApp. The drawings we’ve now received are clear and comprehensive, and we’re now using them to get quotes from builders. We’re looking forward to progressing our project, and have full confidence that Urslan will be available to help if any issues arise. More...

The guys at UBH Structures done a great job providing me with detailed structural drawings for a load bearing wall removal with steel supports. Urslan who was great through the process gave me and my fiance a few different options to enable us to overcome the challenge.
