What an amazing experience I’ve had with TVi North East. From my initial contact, to the installation, it was fantastic. So professional, informative and their wealth of experience helped me make the correct decisions with the installation. In addition I had another TV to be wall mounted (not booked in as part of the initial job), however when I mentioned it to Anth he couldn’t have been more accommodating. They took a look at what was involved and offered to install it there and then. (Fortunately for me I was the last job of the day). Both institutions are immaculate, the work done is flawless and Anth and Conner couldn’t have done anymore if they had tried. They even gave me a run down and demonstration of my new set up - much easier than reading the instructions!! Thanks again to Debs, Anth and Conner!! What a team. I will recommend this family business to anyone looking for this type of work doing and without a doubt I will be using them in the future. One final thing, they are great craic!! 10/10 for me!! This time the job was de-install some Sky systems & re-set two of my smart TVs. Connor attended at the time I’d been told he would and got stuck straight in.
