We had another locksmith out to assess our front door not closing correctly who said that a whole new door was needed. So sent out a message to other companies. Chris responded very quickly asking for a brief description, after he promptly told us that a new door was very unlikely (so already saved us a couple of thousand!) Came over and took a look, understood the issue straight away and within a couple of days had the parts and was all fixed.
