Dunstan offers a very professional service, explaining in detail what he was doing and checking with me that I was happy with every stage.
He is passionate about customer service. He even took photos of how he had placed the wiring in the loft to show me the final result.
He is focused on delivering 24 hour a day 7 days a week after care support. This gives us peace of mind as we're not technologically minded and need this extra level of support. So not only did this fabulous duo come out within 24 hours of my request, they also tailored to my needs giving me full security and personalising everything that I asked for. They were polite, professional and also cared for my well-being. I felt extremely grateful for them and although at times I was being difficult they worked with me making sure I was happy through the installation. They also we extremely knowledgeable about the products that I needed and were able to set up and talk me through a product I knew nothing about so I felt like a pro.
