Daniel responded quickly to my request on the site and, as he happened to be in my area, arrived within the hour! We agreed a price and he started work immediately. Very efficient services, left everything clean and tidy when he left. I would recommend Daniel.

The guys arrived on time and cut my tree to the exact height I had asked for.
They were very friendly and polite. The job was carried out really quickly and all the wood was taken away. The garden was left so tidy that you wouldn’t have known the work had been carried out.
The price was also very reasonable for the work done.

I really don't think only a 3 star rating is fair as I came back the next day at my own personal cost and time to rectify the job. But there you go I hope we can both be there at the same time next time to make sure we're all happy so this doesn't happen again.

Daniel contacted me on the same evening I posted my requirement, arranged to come to give a free estimate at 10am the next day, came, agreed a reasonable price and did the work (pruning a large apple tree) straight away. I was very satisfied with the standard of the work and he tidied up very well, taking away all the waste - even including some extra cuttings I already had. I 'd booked Daniel in to do some hedge and tree work. On the day his team were a no show. He'd completely forgotten the job, I had to chase and finally got a call back. We discussed a alternative date, he then asked me what I'd been quoted because he couldn't remember, I said £800, and reitterated what he told me - it was one days work for him and another. I'd had the same job done a couple of years previous for similar money so it was inline with my expectations. He even offered to give a fir tree a shaping, Fab I thought. He finished the call, then I got a call back within 15mins, stating I'd must have missed heard on the day and it was an extra 1000 on top!!! I don't mind pay for expertise, but that a massive jump in anyones book. Clearly he had other jobs on that would pay more, we were no longer worth his while. Make sure you get a written quote, I normally do, but didn't on this occasion. Thankfully, I wasn't having this conversation after the fact! More...

I did go out and quote for this job and we agreed on a price and a date to my error I had forgotten the date when when the customer rang me to remind me of the date of the job I apologise for forgetting but the but the customer took this as an opportunity to say that the price should be £1000 less than agreed so that’s why they left this bad review which I think is unfortunate seeing as I’ve never actually worked for this person so they never experienced the quality of my workmanship I’ve since rang the customer and tried to rectify the relationship and even offered to do the work at a discount price they are un willing to come to any kind of compromise it’s very sad that on this rare occasion we could not come to an agreement but if you read any of the reviews you will see that 99% of them have five star and it should not affect your decision on hiring us in the future regards Daniel
