Communication from Tom was excellent throughout — clear, prompt and reassuring, which made the whole process so much less stressful. They arrived right on time and were incredibly professional and respectful in our home. They were very clean and careful, putting protective mats down and wrapping all of our valuables exceptionally well. The task at our new house was honestly mammoth — so many stairs — and not once did they complain or slow down. Their work ethic was unbelievable. I honestly can’t thank T's Removals enough for how amazing they were on our moving day. From the moment they arrived, they were upbeat, organised, and so much fun to have around — which made the whole process so much easier and far less stressful. From my initial enquiry on Facebook I was called back quickly and a date for my move was booked. Very honest and reliable company. Nothing was too much trouble. Turned up when they said they would and just got on with the job. Everyone worked really hard until the job was done even though it was more work than anyone had expected. These guys are amazing! We moved my in-laws this week, it was chaos, stress and crazy until the dream team arrived! Honestly I had the best day with them all, they are a cracking group of lads, who knew moving could be so much fun! Nothing was too much trouble, I cannot praise them all enough! And they work their absolute socks off! They think of everything - covers for floors, doors, stairs, bring extra emergency boxes, tape tools you name it. We had a massive pile for dump and no time to do it, they sorted it! We had furniture that didn’t quite fit in new house, no problem they sorted it and delivered to the new owners. They even got me a Starbucks 🤣 Honestly if you want a stress free move book this team, they are so good I would almost move house myself just to get another day with them all.
