I have had 2 sessions with Taryn so far, a TLT session and then a follow up, and they have both been transformational for my mental health. Taryn, pulled me out of a dark hole in the summer of 2022, of which I will be forever grateful because at the time I was in a bad place, but through her therapy sessions and coaching she got me back on track. I still have coaching sessions with Taryn when I get dark cloud feelings creeping back, and I know she is only phone text away.
Taryn was also able to help my 17 year old daughter over the past year after she had started college after leaving school as she was suffering from anxiety and low mood swings. Am glad to say it only took about 4 sessions with Taryn for my daughter to really come round and is now full of life and enjoying her college and making new friends. More...

Taryn has helped my daughter with dealing with her anxiety. In the space of a month I have noticed my daughter more calm and content from her sessions with Taryn.

I had a unique and deeply personal experience during my timeline therapy. A week on it has left me feeling lifted of burden and positive about my future. Great session this was. My therapist was knowledgeable in what she does and knew exactly how to communicate with me.

I’ve been working with Truly Intuitive for a few months and have experienced some real shifts in my life. The various methods used to help me work through things are extremely helpful but none more so than the Timeline Therapy. This was a very involved session but I’ve never experienced anything like it before. It has helped to identify and release deep rooted pain, trauma and unhelpful belief patterns. It was an amazing, eye (and heart) opening session which has really helped me to move forward in my life; something I’ve been trying to do for many years but never fully succeeding. I have had both coaching sessions and reiki with truly intuitive, the sessions have really helped me to get focused on my life and I am seeing the benefits from this starting to change my life and the decisions I am making. Truly intuitive has a unique style of guidance which I have found to work better than coaches I have seen previously, she is warm, intuitive, intelligent and very supportive, I would recommend her to anyone looking for guidance and support in any area of their lives.
