There's nothing quite like helping someone out of a financial situation, the smile on their face does make me love the profession I'm in.

I think the idea of working for yourself is something that everyone strives for as you're building something that is yours, which also means that you want to provide the highest quality service possible.

I like to think of myself as not a typical accountant, accountants can come across as quite robotic, I want people to be able to speak to me as a person, on the same level as them.

I would say that 90% of the services I provide are online as I wouldn't want people to think they're only limited to people in their own area, this also allows me to mix with all types of professions which widens my knowledge.

As the majority of client interactions are online, there's no physical documents changing hands.
