I am a Personal Trainer and Sports massage therapist, I have been working from a commercial gym for 8+ years now. Coaching 100's of people with strength & fitness, weight loss and helping with problem backs, shoulders and more.
I often help my clients struggling with muscle fatigue and tightness with a combination massage and strength training as a comprehensive approach.

Sam is a very talented personal trainer - friendly and personable, he has taught me loads over the past few weeks. He has created a series of challenging but enjoyable programmes that cover full body strength and cardio. Along with a fitness app to guide and record programmes, he also provides YouTube videos to clearly demonstrate how to complete an exercise safely and to gain max impact. I am a mobile sports massage therapist and provide upper and lower sports massage. Helping to reduce and relieve muscle tension, allowing you to move more freely.
