We really can’t thank Michelle and Chris enough for all their hard work and time in making our wedding day the best day of my life. From our first phone call right up to our wedding day, nothing was too much trouble. You took the stress out of my day, you made our reception absolutely stunning, exactly what we wanted. I booked this company last August for August 2025 with all the relevant details-delivery time and collection time and got a reply to say all was well with the timings. Fast forward to 3 days before the wedding I messaged with a final check in and go over the timings. I recieved a message 'oh no we can't do the delivery time '. I resend their original message from last August which showed they agreed to the timings. Recieved message back-'We have read the message wrong that was sent last August '. My message was very clear about the timings. I have read the reviews on here and had the same reply as others-'we will give you an immediate refund ' I was so upset and annoyed to be let down just days before the wedding. Instead of being excited I have been so busy trying to get another company. Admin at this company need to learn to read messages properly, if there is an issue resolve it there and then not 3 days before a wedding. If I hadn't checked in with this company before my wedding I would have had no wedding decor at all! Not impressed by this so called company. If you choose this company be very careful. We used Treasured Event Hire to hire mini golf, magic mirror photobooth and postbox for our big day. Prior to the wedding the communication from the company was excellent they answered all of my questions quickly and added the postbox to our hire agreement as a last minute addition which we were so grateful for. On the wedding day they were professional and friendly. The items we hired were amazing quality and we received great feedback from all our guests on how much fun the photobooth and mini golf were. Treasured Event Hire were absolutely fantastic. Chris and Michelle were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and nothing was too much of an ask. They provided absolutely everything we needed, from the decoration, garden games, Photo Booth, welcome signs and even all of those little things we didn’t think about. They were really flexible, professional and passionate about the work that they do and were really easy to communicate with and always responded really quickly to all of our queries. I would give 0 stars but not giving me the option to. Absolutely appalled at this company. Ordered a sweet cart last may in 2024, all good brilliant communication and all was fine until this June, this July and this August. If you can’t do the admin and get back to people then don’t take on the work. Added stress and phone always going to voicemail, last seen were showing but not opening messsges for days, and once opened no reply, you really can’t expect a bride to leave it a week before to finalise everything that is going to happen on the day. I have had more communication in a day with the new company than the last year and 4 months with this company, read reviews and I just thought not going to risk them not turning up and ruining my day. Chris if you read this 1) you need to communicate you are a business and are providing a service, 2)turn your last seen off as it unsettles people knowing you have been online but not opening messages also if you can’t keep up and have too much work you need to employ someone to do your admin. I am so happy with how my wedding turned out. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to be honest but they really helped me by showing me different styles of set ups and to be honest just judging what I had seen on Facebook in terms of their set ups I knew they would do a great job. I can't fault the communication although I know they were really busy with weddings in July but I feel lucky I got the booking with them to be honest as they literally do everything and are so affordable. Helped us out at the last minute after a massive supplier let us down and honestly I could not thank them more. Our venue looked incredible and it cost us a lot less than we would have paid the other supplier. We booked Treasured Events after meeting Michelle & Chris at a wedding fair. Whilst the price was okay, we were really disappointed in the service. On our initial enquiry, we advised 80-100 chairs, inside and out. We booked centre pieces, table runners and aisle decor. A couple of months before the wedding, I went down to the show room to finalise the details and while I was there, added on some extras. 6 garden games, a card wishing well and dry hire of the crisp wall which were all fully paid for. At this meeting, we discussed that set up is the day before the wedding 12-4 and collection of the hired items could be the day after the wedding. 2 days before my wedding I get a text confirming that I've hired table decor, ailse decor and chair covers - no mention of the other bits. When I confirmed the extras I'd booked, I was advised that one of the games I'd chosen was broken and it would be replaced with something else (which it wasn't). I confirmed we'd be setting up the venue at 12 tomorrow. The day before my wedding, I arrived at the venue to set up at 12pm as agreed. We did as much as we could in the absence of the centre pieces etc, but at 1pm, I decided to call to see where they were. It came to light that they were in a whole other county, 2 hours from my venue and they wouldn't make it before the venue closed. This meant I couldn't add all the things I'd made to the tables myself, and had to trust someone else to do it. I was then stressed they wouldn't even turn up the next day (although they did). The evening before my wedding, I get a further text to let me know the silver centre pieces I'd ordered had been in storage and the paint had ruined; therefore I couldn't hire them. They asked if they could change the colour but by the way there's no other option. (Despite at booking, specifically saying we didn’t want gold). I had no choice but to agree to it. Hired items definitely should have been prepared and checked way before the night of a wedding, in my opinion. I have to say, on the day the venue did look good. The whole thing just caused unnecessary stress & meant I didn't get to fully enjoy the evening before. I waited to do this review but we're now 2 weeks after the wedding and I've heard nothing from Treasured Events - no partial refund, no apology, not even a courtesy message to see how it went. You're often warned that when you go for the cheapest option, you can expect less quality. This is certainly not the case for Treasured Event Hire. I picked them solely being that they were cheaper than their competitors for the 360 photo booth and I am so glad I did It was SUCH a hit with the guests and they were really easy to contact and so friendly when I did. Where do I start? From the first message Michelle and Chris couldn’t be more helpful, went to the showroom which had just opened. And they were so down to earth ‘normal’ people. They completely ‘got’ my festival theme vibe I was going with and my god did they pull off everything I wanted and MORE! The tables decorated simple and beautifully, sweet cart and wishing well were stunning! We booked a light up dance floor and magic mirror , table runners with these guys , communication was not that good , my wife spoke with them on the Sunday regarding times , then they were unsure of times then spoke to them on Monday to confirm times , they agreed they would set up by 2pm ready for our guest , AT 2pm on the WEDDING DAY received a message not a phone call saying broken down can’t make it , my daughter called them apparently they broke down at 9 am that morning , but can send someone to do magic mirror later in the evening which a guy came to do the magic mirror. We started working with Treasured Events about 9 months before our wedding day and I must admit that I had some doubts - they are such good value for money, offer so much within their packages and I thought it might be too good to be true. Michelle is friendly, down-to-earth and professional. She provided reassurance when I would voice my concerns, she was quick to respond and willing to have regular phone calls to keep me updated. She and Chris (who was equally lovely each time we met) drove to coffee shops to meet with us and show us the centre piece mock ups. On the day, I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful everything looked and had so many compliments from our guests and even our other vendors about how lovely everything looked. The value you get from Treasured Events for the prices they offer, I don't believe you can get anywhere else. They really put their all into their work and it's obvious to see how much they enjoy doing events. In addition to providing the decor for my ceremony, reception AND throughout the venue, they came from the day before (unprompted!) to set it all up and provided a sweetie table, a chocolate fountain which my guests are still talking about weeks later and a magic mirror photobooth complete with a guestbook which was a huge hit. I cannot stress how wonderful it was to have worked with them and am sorry I had so many doubts. My cousin who is also getting married this year is absolutely gutted that they are all booked up for her wedding day and wishes she would have booked them sooner. If you're looking for a reliable and professional company to make your event truly unforgettable, I highly recommend Michelle and Chris at Treasured Event Hire. Their attention to detail, excellent customer service, and communication was outstanding from start to finish. I planned a corporate Festive Lunch and hired their Magic Mirror for photos. They handled everything seamlessly from payment, to creative touches such as personalising our photo print outs! We also received a digital copy of all of the photos, and a gift album to keep. Me and my partner went in not really knowing what we wanted. We came across a package and it included everything we honestly thought it was too good to be true. But we spoke with Michelle and Chris on the phone and gave us the run down of everything included in the package. I then booked them and had calls from both Michelle and Chris giving us updates, last month we visited the showroom it was absolutely gorgeous and we got to see the visions they created for us in reality. Both really friendly and we ended up staying at the showroom for 2 hours even though our appointment was 45 minutes very easy to talk too and I can’t recommend them both enough. I booked Treasured Event Hire for my wedding reception party - it was a very last moment booking (1 month before D-day!) as my original venue stylist cancelled on me. Not only were Chris and Michelle simply fantastic in understanding my needs and vision, but they are also very calming to speak to. They did a fantastic job, far exceeding expectations, and in a very timely manner with minimal inputs from friends and family helping in preparations for the day. I cannot thank Michelle at Treasured Event Hire enough! I hired the grazing table for food, and the magic mirror for my 30th and the service I received was out of this world! So much time and effort went into the layout of the food and I couldn’t have been any happier. The magic mirror just topped it off, what a great bit of equipment🤣 lots of cool props and things and they stayed the duration go man the mirror for us so we didn’t have to do anything but strike a pose. We had our wedding on the 31/083024 and we can not fault treasured events from the day that we booked was nothing but support and help all the way to our day . The effort that was put in was above and beyond when we see our wedding reception we both was amazed it was everything we could of wanted and more .
