Dog Training
Been very happy with this company training my pup. I have seen a great improvement with my dog over last few weeks, and due to this i will use the money for training to let them take my dog out for walks once training is done. I was very impressed that the owner of the company , Michelle,, was the one that first met my puppy and continued to do the training to this day and didn’t send different trainers that she can , excellent company and very satisfied 😁 More...

Dog Walking
Michelle has been a great support. Very knowledgeable, great communication skills and reassurring. My dog really enjoys his walks and my minds been put at rest as mobility is low and can no longer walk him like I used to.

Very professional.
I have a Great Dane puppy and he had a few bad habits like Mouthing and pulling on the lead. I asked Michelle at trainingpaws4u to help me because I was struggling a lot with him, she was very professional with all the training and he’s fantastically stopped his bad habits.
He walks on the lead perfectly and his mouthing has stopped.
Thank you so much Michelle for helping me with Bruno !

What do you love most about your job?
Being my own boss and setting my own hours of work. Being able to do what i enjoy and when you enjoy something like working with dogs it just doesn't seem like work. It is my passion and i absolutely love doing it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I should imagine its the same as everybody else, its for the love of dogs and working/walking with them, setting them up for success. Seeing the before and after

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide services online
I like to do face to face
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
N/A
Online would be the preferred way if Covid was ever an issue again.
Dog Walking
It can be a solo dog walk to meet the unique needs of younger dogs [puppies], or older/senior dogs that prefer to walk on there own.
Group walks are for an hour and allows your dog to socialise and have fun playing off lead or on a long line. I like to take dogs to a variety of places, so this means that i try not to take them to the same place no more than once a week.
Crate Training
This is something that has to be done gradually, as we want your dog to eventually see the crate as his/her safe place.
Muzzle Training
I feel that every dog should be muzzle trained, not because of being reactive or anything like that but you never know when you may need to use a muzzle. I think it is a good idea to condition your dog to wear one.
1-2-1
1-2-1 training are sessions that are tailored to your dogs needs and what outcomes you are aiming for. When training a dog we need to be setting them up to succeed. Every dog is different and some take longer than others, this can also depend on what breed they are, but time and patience are required and will be very beneficial and rewarding to you and your dog.
Training Walks
It could be loose lead walking, general good behaviour when walking outside. Getting your dog used to the many different noises, socialising which is fairly important, not saying that your dog has to meet every dog that it comes across. Just setting them up for success.
Puppy Training
This would be a 5 week course, from training to walk on a lead, sitting when told to good general obedience. Generally 45 minutes to an hour long.
Home visits
Home visits are to check on your dog/puppy take them for a walk, training, toilet and a play if required and to also clean up any mess. I can send you pics on the visits so that you know your pup is safe and what they have been doing.
