Philippa is a star. Apart from having been a world fitness champion herself, she has a huge educational background in fitness and training and an excellent knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She is always ready on time for the session; and is very well prepared with a customised workout for each individual client which addresses their specific needs. Each client is unique. Therefore, I tailor each workout to suit the client and I keep changing what I do so as not to allow stagnation

I have the most amazing clients. Everyone is different and have different needs. That makes my job exciting as I strive to bring out the best in them
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out as a dancer and then moved into teaching aerobics and competing. One thing led to another. I just knew the fitness industry was for me

I provide an online service. It does not matter where you are, you can still train. So long as you have Wi-Fi. I offer one on one training done in real time
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Luckily being online means that there are no risks of any “ germs being shared”. Clients can train at home or at the gym.
