I’ve tried lots of different ways to lose weight, increase my confidence, and generally feel healthier, but I’ve never experienced anything close to the results I have with Josh.
A few months in and I’m almost 10kg down and going to the gym with personalised sessions that have been built up around my needs.
I used to struggle with going to the gym and felt anxious to even be there. We’ve spent time building up my confidence and now I go at least 3 times per week and I really love it.
I feel like I understand more than ever now what my body needs in terms of movement and nutrition and Josh has helped me to create healthy habits that I can maintain without feeling like it’s lots of effort.
Josh is the best at helping me to stay motivated and holding me to account with regular check-ins in whatever format I need them. Josh is really responsive throughout the week and is the best cheerleader for even the smallest wins (which are equally as important as the biggest ones)!
I really can’t recommend Train With JEP enough.

I also offer direct communication via WhatsApp, ensuring they receive ongoing motivation and accountability at any time of day.
