I have 5 years experience as a life coach and counsellor helping 100's of people navigate difficult circumstances by increasing their confidence and wellbeing. I have 2 coaching programs that are 12 weeks long and enable my clients to look at every area of their life and lift their state and wellbeing.
I have counselling experience too specialising in grief and loss.

I love helping people through difficult times and seeing them flourish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had always had it in the back of my mind that one day I would work for myself, however I always had a employed role until the past 3 years and then decided to move into Coaching and Counselling.

I provide my services online, face to face for counselling. I work with the clients needs and what suits them,

I work on line so Covid 19 is not an issue for me any longer thankfully.
Life Coach
12 sessions to enable you to look at every aspect of your life and improve your progress and wellbeing.
There are a further 12 advanced sessions that go deeper asking the bigger questions around your life and purpose.
Counselling
I have worked with grief, loss and trauma and can assist someone navigating those experiences.
