I had a premium clean on Monday of my house by a lady called Laura. I noticed she arrived 10-15mins early and was very friendly on arrival. She asked me if there were any areas that I wanted working on that little bit more and I just went round the house with her quickly to explain. Laura got started straight away and I went out for a couple of hours leaving her to it and letting her listen to music on the Alexa’s. On my return she was almost finished (was around a 4hr clean) and once complete asked if I wanted to look and let her know if I was happy with everything. My house has never looked so spotless before! The bathroom and kitchen were gleaming, everything in all the rooms smelt fresh and clean. She really worked above and beyond!
