Murat sent me some before and after pictures, I could see some staining after he had cleaned it. My expectation of anyone, after paying them to do a job is that the job is done properly. In this incidence the patio, is left clean with no marks. I pointed this out to him as I thought its better to say before he has done the job than after. Murat gave me a quote of £250, for that amount of money, I would want my patio brand new like his customers said in his reviews. Murat got offended and started bombarding me with phone calls, text, voice messages. That put me off and I didnt hire him. I found him rude, and unprofessional.
