I had 5 weeks to fit into a bridesmaid dress so looked for a PT for immediate help! Tom contacted me after I put an Ad out on bark for what I’m looking for (weight/fat loss fast).
I have never had a PT before, nor am I gym-wise. So initial contact/impression was really easy, comfortable and friendly. Our first session involved light movement to find my weaker areas and work a plan on how to improve rather than jumping into a hardcore workout which made me feel very comfortable.
We had time once a week in person, then he set me gym workouts to complete on my own twice a week. I really valued our time together, learning about weight training, gym equipment and how to do movements properly and safely which set me up to workout at the gym.
Our sessions progressively got harder and I felt more confident and motivated to push harder each time. So, my mind shifted from desperately wanting to lose weight, to improving my fitness.
He proactively contacted me for updates, gave me nutritional advice and instantly replied to my messages if I needed help at the gym.
I dropped about a 1-2 pounds a week, I can lift heavier weights and most importantly the dress fits (actually it’s a bit loose now)
I’m so so happy with my results, my clothes fit so much better and having one-on-one time with Tom opened my eyes to a healthier lifestyle.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We discuss on a 15-30 minute strategy call together initially. This gives me more information of their current fitness levels, previous training history and more importantly their motivation for seeking out a coach. I help my clients devise a plan not just for in the gym but with nutrition guidance and wellness advice. I have been getting people results online now for the past 2 years.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Daily habits that create a positive change and consistency over a long period of time. The person that can do the most for the longest period of time generally will end up with the best results. Avoid the 'no pain no gain' mentality at all costs.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing peoples attitudes towards training and general health change once they start to realise their potential and see changes in their body image and energy levels. If I can help somebody pick up a new habit and stick with it that makes me extremely satisfied.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked alongside UHNWI and elite professionals for a long period I noticed a lack of consistency in their training and guidance compared with all other aspects of their lives. I saw an opportunity to help time-strapped professionals build a training plan that not only got them results but didn't leave them feeling exhausted or affect their ability to run a business.
