Joined this gym last year when I was feeling a lot of anxiety and insecurities about joining a gym. Tom instantly welcomed me and set up a plan for me. Each session I felt more confident then the last. And when I had decided to stop the PT sessions and continued to use the gym Tom was still greatly supportive. I joined this gym about 4 months ago and I couldn't be happier! The facilities are great and always kept clean. They are also accessible 24/7, which is great for night owls like me. But what sets this gym apart is Tom. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand or offer advice. His personal training sessions are top-notch and they are also both challenging and enjoyable. In addition to the physical benefits, the gym has a great community atmosphere. I have been going to this gym for just over a year. The space is focused towards strength training, with two squat racks and a bench press rack, along with dumbells and other strength training accessories. It's a small space (which I prefer!) but it's open 24h, has free parking, is safe at night and everyone here is serious about training. Tom is a great trainer. I have been doing one-to-one training with Tom 2-3 times a week, for the past few months, in the run up to my wedding. Feeling bored, massively uninspired and a bit lost, i turned to Tom for guidance, after joining his gym. Not having done anything like this before, i didn't really have any expectations, and to be honest i was a little bit nervous. Almost 3 months in, i am genuinely loving it. I feel and look so much better and have definitely achieved my initial goals, which was to lose body fat, tone up and ultimately feel great for my wedding. I am so pleased with the results..my wedding dress needed taken in LOADS (yayy) and i look toned in places i didn't even realise had muscles!!. I can't thank you enough Tom for motivating me, guiding me, educating me (putting up with my tantrums ha ) and being an all round great guy...i honestly feel sad next week is my last week...although i am pretty sure i will be sticking around :) If you are toying with the idea of having some PT sessions, i 100% recommend Morgan Fitness, it's the best decision i ever made!
