Building sustainable habits that will work for them when energy and motivation fail. When we rely on motivation alone we set ourselves up for failure if we have a hard/busy day, we need systems that work for us that we do unconsciously (habits).

I love people, individuals who I can get to know and aren't just an email address.

I can do in-person and also remote. I work to fit around my clients as much as possible (but also protecting my own time).
