Everything in the Signature strategy day plus 3 accountability check ins usually done an hour at the end of each month with the 3rd being next quarter goal setting.

Signature strategy day content plus
2 accountability calls over two months and one 6 hour strategy day to review past quarter performance and set new goals for the next quarter.

A one page high level business plan will be delivered within 5 working days from the strategy day findings.
