Arranging everything from Canada, we were quite stressed about not being there in person and were extremely meticulous in choosing the right company to handle the move. From the very start, Antonio and Aaly put our minds at ease by personally visiting my mum’s home for a survey. They were so warm, kind, and compassionate that my mum instantly felt comfortable and was adamant that she wanted to go ahead with them. We trusted her instincts, and it was the best decision we could have made.

Throughout the entire process, they were absolutely phenomenal. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and care went beyond our expectations. They pre-planned everything meticulously and even arrived a couple of days before the move to pre-pack the contents of the home. They made sure my parents had access to all essential items in the days leading up to the move, ensuring they remained comfortable.

On moving day, they managed everything, carefully loading up the remaining items, including my parents’ armchair and TV—things they needed up until the last moment. Despite my parents moving to a completely new home, Antonio and Aaly maintained the same level of professionalism, kindness, and compassion throughout, making the entire transition smooth and stress-free.

The team packed up our five-bedroom house with incredible efficiency and care. Every item was treated as if it were their own, and their professionalism was second to none. On moving day, they worked tirelessly, ensuring everything was transported safely and securely to our new home. The following day, they returned to reassemble all our furniture, which was done perfectly without a single issue.

I recently had the difficult task of arranging a house clearance in London following a passing in my family, and I can’t express how grateful I am to TLC Company for their outstanding service. Living in Scotland, I was unable to oversee the process in person, which made me very anxious.

Twenty years ago, I could have travelled back and forth to manage everything, but due to my age, this was simply not possible. I had to trust TLC to handle the clearance in my absence, and I’m so glad I did. They were everything they promised and more. Not only did they completely clear the property, but they also kept me informed at every stage. Whenever I called to check on progress, they were always able to provide me with pictures and updates.

The property had been lived in by my family for over 50 years, so there was an overwhelming amount to sort through. Despite this, TLC remained professional throughout, managing everything smoothly and efficiently. When they gave me a final update and I saw the results, I was ecstatic. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, especially under such challenging circumstances.
