What do you love most about your job?
Entering the world of counselling didn’t happen by chance for me. Like many in the mental health field, my passion for helping others stemmed from my own experiences and challenges. Along the way, I discovered the deep fulfilment that comes from helping families, especially parents, navigate the complexities of raising children. My journey has given me a unique perspective
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in children's social care for the last 10 years, I have seen the impact to families where support is needed but unavailable. I wanted to build my own business to support individuals, parents and families to build resilience and make positive sustained change
Why should our clients choose you?
I have the qualifications, skills and experience to provide an holistic approach to the support you need including parents, families and children
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
yes I can provide support remotely, however family support is best completed face to face
Counselling support
I offer sessions in person and remotely (vie video link or telephone):
I believe in a holistic, compassionate approach. When I work with individuals and families, I look at the bigger picture—your personal mental health, you/your child’s needs, and the dynamics within the family unit. Every family is unique, and my goal is to help you find what works best for you.
I also understand how important it is to have a space where you can speak freely without fear of judgment. As a parent, you’re under a lot of pressure, and sometimes it feels like there’s no room for vulnerability. But in our sessions, you can let your guard down. I’m here to listen, support, and guide—not to criticize or offer quick fixes.
