Honestly, getting regular cleans through Time For You has been one of the most transformative things we've done. Knowing that our house is going to be beautifully clean every two weeks has made such a difference and has been a total game changer for us. It means we can focus on work and life without worrying about falling behind the cleaning at home. Louise is so lovely and absolutely excellent and we really look forward to having her around. It gives me such peace of mind when she comes, and when she leaves the place always looks amazing and 10/10. We really feel like she's got to know what works for us. We don't even need the original checklist anymore as she just knows that we like a proper thorough clean and always delivers to such a high standard. Also, the way the payment is structured with the split between the cleaning fee and the quarterly management fee is really clear and simple and makes it easy for us to plan ahead and also manage. Vikki came to our house for a first time clean from TFY, I was really anxious as this was my 3rd cleaning company I have tried. It is difficult to open your home to a stranger and trust them in your home. TFY were so professional, came to the house to carry out a survey and discuss what I expected. They then arranged a cleaner to cater to my needs and I was told I would be contacted which I was the next day. We arranged a suitable time and day together. Vikki came and left my house gleaming, she was absolutely amazing. She is so personable, has kept in contact and discussed what my needs would be going forward. I feel so much better knowing Vikki is professional, friendly and excellent at communicating. I look forward to next week when she is back.
