Been with them a couple of years and in the past year found they were not turning up when they said they would. Have had numerous excuses e. g. the gate was locked. I work from home the gate is never locked. Sent a message to this Facebook page and was told they were running behind. I would not recommend Tidal cleaning services, they came to clean my windows for the first time. Left quite a few with smears or marks on them also left upstairs windows very dirty one hadn't been touched at all. When I informed them they said that you can't expect windows to be perfectly cleaned the first time and it takes a few times to get clean.. Never heard of anything so stupid.
