We will assess your current circumstances, constraints and goals to create a programme that fits in with your current lifestyle without causing added stress to your already busy life. We will create SMART goals and set realistic expectations. Training and nutrition programming is always bespoke for each client and is tracked weekly so any necessary changes can be made. Building a strong client/trainer relationship is important to achieve your goals. Honesty and communication is key so we can work together to overcome any hurdles you may be facing by putting easy solutions in place so you can continue to progress towards your goals. This is not a quick fix. We teach you the ropes over the course of our time together so you can learn to implement the strategies yourself and can continue to make progress for years to come.

My goal is to get desk workers moving more for longevity. Being and ex-desk worker, I understand the struggle of being seated all day - I gained fat, had neck pain, sciatica and low energy. I want to help desk workers break free from their desk and reclaim their health and wellbeing.

My approach is very personal and detailed. There is more to achieving a transformation than just training and diet and I am here to help you on that journey every step of the way.
