Joel was helpful even before I'd seen him, he was prompt with his responses and polite. I have struggled for longer than I care to remember with my hip, and was having sciatica problems, however, the difference is amazing, he showed me exercises to help and the sports massage while sometimes uncomfortable really have helped, for the first time in ages I can actually lie on my bad side! Would definitely recommend

Joel comes to my house on a regular basis to help me recover from a serious shoulder operation. I found him very good at listening and assessing the situation. We started purely with massages on my injured area to release tensions, act on trigger points and activate blood circulation. We progressively introduced physio exercises to increase my mobility and we now are working on adding some strength into them. I find Joel easy to get on with, he makes you feel comfortable and he is encouraging. I find that the work we do is accessible and progressive. I can go on working on the exercises for the rest of the week and I find great relief from the massages. Joel has been my PT for 2 years and I would highly recommend him! I train with Joel once a week and no two sessions are the same. They are well planned and tailored to get the best results. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions and sometimes put in my own requests as to what I would like to do the following weeks, (Bootcamp/Circuits are my favourite sessions). Joel pushes me to achieve my best, even when I doubt my own abilities. What do you love most about your job?
I love making a difference to people's lives through Sports Massage Therapy and Personal Training.
Whether it be improved quality of life, less pain and tension, improved confidence, improved mental health, or achieving physical or sporting goals.
Both jobs are very rewarding and it's a pleasure to serve others and see them grow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was always interested in Sport, Health and Exercise from a young age.
I was a top UK Long Jumper as a junior and loved doing sport and keeping as healthy and fit as possible.
I was also fascinated by the physiology and anantomy of the human body and studied this in great detail at Loughborough University during my Sport and Exercise Science degree.
I wanted to share my knowledge, expertise and physical skills with others and help them achieve their goals.
That's when I decided to start my own business and I've never looked back since.
It's amazing to put all of my knowledge, passion and practical skills to use and watch others flourish and grow.

I provide Personal Training services online for those who prefer this method of training.
I deliver online video call Personal Training Sessions via Zoom or Facetime and provide online training programs with video descriptions and nutrition tracking.
