As the original installer refused to answer my emails etc out of shear frustration I contacted Baz hoping he would be able to help me. The system I have is one that Thorpe Security do not deal with but guess what, they were up to the task and sorted out my issues. Full marks and gratitude go to Baz. Called Thorpe secruity and the price looked great for what was being installed. Came out after just a couple days after agreeing and did a fantastic job, can rest at night now knowing have a great cctv system in place, thanks Thorpe secruity would recommend these guys to everyone.

Barrie fitted our CCTV and alarm system in 2017, he inspects and services the system when required. Great installation, clean and tidy, nothing is to much trouble and when something went wrong with the system after a few years he was round the next day to fix the problem. Highly recommended.

Absoloutely fantastic service. Called them on a sunday night before a bank holiday as my house alarm had been going off randomly, giving me and the whole street a headache. Bas came out and was here within half an hour. Very friendly and professional. Clearly knew his stuff and fixed the problem in an hour. Approached Baz at Thorpe Security Systems about faults on our alarm system. We'd reported the fault to the alarm supplier but after 2 month it had not been rectified. The service we received from TSS was first rate. Even though he was not too familiar with our system he made it his business to get he necessary information. He came when he said he would and repaired the system plus installed a Wi-Fi card so we could operate the alarm via an App. I would highly recommend TSS to anyone with an alarm issue or requiring advice about a new system if required. Excellent service. Started out with some really good advice over the phone with my alarm that couldn’t be silenced. This necessitated a visit from Baz who was in the process of making repairs when I asked for a quote on a new system. Ended up having a new alarm fitted as well as a CCTV system and a video doorbell.
