Q&As

What I love most about my job is the chance to really connect with people and be there for them as they work through tough times. It’s such a privilege when someone trusts me enough to open up, and seeing them gain clarity or find new ways to cope is so rewarding. I also enjoy the variety in my work...whether I’m helping a child manage their emotions or supporting an adult through grief, every session feels unique. It’s the little moments of progress, big or small, that make what I do so meaningful.

What inspired me to start my own business was the idea of really walking the talk. After a long career in project management, I realised I wanted more control over my time and the way I work. So I decided to re-train as a therapist and I haven't looked back since! I’m passionate about helping people find balance and well-being, and I wanted to create a life where I could practice that for myself too. Running my own practice gives me the freedom to manage my schedule in a way that works for me and allows me to show up for my clients in a more authentic way.

Clients should choose me because I genuinely care about their journey. I know how important it is to feel comfortable and understood but I also believe in being real with my clients; I’m easy to talk to and down-to-earth, and I think that makes a big difference when you’re opening up. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, or something else, I’m here to listen, support, and help you find your way forward in a way that feels right for you.

Yes, I use Zoom or WhatsApp to carry out my sessions online / remotely.

Although I work online, I’ve made sure to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients by offering virtual sessions. This way, everyone can still access the support they need from the comfort of their own home, without any worries about health risks. I also make sure that the technology I use is secure and private, so clients can feel confident in their sessions.
