I am a qualified teacher with over 30 years' experience of teaching Mathematics. I am also a senior examiner for both GCSE and A Level Mathematics. Additionally, I have been personally trained by Tony Buzan in Mind Mapping and Memory Skills and I incorporate study skills techniques into all of my teaching. My teaching methods ensure that my students really understand the techniques they are using and that they can break a problem down into its component parts. My students often achieve 2 grades higher than targeted by their school or college.

I teach face-to-face in my local area and extensively online - I use ZOOM and a visualiser which simulates my being next to the student, live streaming what I am writing direct to the student's screen, whilst teaching over ZOOM. I offer a free 30 minute consultation/taster lesson via ZOOM.
