Had a new CCTV system installed recently by Peter from Thermal Security Systems, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Peter was super professional from start to finish—turned up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and just cracked on with the job. The install itself is really tidy, no mess left behind at all. You can tell he takes pride in his work because everything was spotless when he finished.
He also took the time to walk me through how to use the mobile app, which I really appreciated. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but he explained it all clearly and made sure I was comfortable with it before he left.
