Adult Counselling Session
We offer online sessions through zoom or telephone at £50 for 50 minutes.
Children & young people Counselling
We work with children from 8-18 years old via zoom or telephone. Sessions are £55 for a 45 minute session.
Mental Health First Aid Training
We offer a two day online course for businesses, charities and individuals providing which is certified by MHFA UK England.
