What I love most about my job is seeing people grow in confidence and realise what they are truly capable of. Whether I am supporting an athlete through a setback, helping a young person find their voice, or delivering a workshop that shifts someone's mindset, it is incredibly rewarding to witness those moments of change. I love creating safe and empowering spaces where people feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to thrive in sport and in life.

I was inspired to start The Wright Mindset because I’m passionate about making psychological support more accessible, empowering, and tailored to the needs of athletes and individuals. Through my training as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist (Under expert supervision), I saw a real gap in how mindset and wellbeing are supported across different levels of sport, particularly for young people, women, and underrepresented communities. I wanted to create a service that breaks down barriers, challenges stigma, and helps people build the mental tools to thrive both in performance and in life.

But at the heart of it, I simply want to help people. I believe psychological support should be accessible, inclusive, and proactive. It shouldn’t only be offered in moments of crisis or to a select few. It should be available to everyone. When you give them the tools early, they flourish. I’m passionate about breaking down stigmas, empowering individuals, and creating safe spaces where people can use psychological tools to support their wellbeing, not just in elite sport, but in everyday life.

Clients should choose The Wright Mindset because I provide tailored, evidence-based support with a strong foundation in professional training and ethical practice. As a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in training (under expert supervision), I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and committed to staying up to date with the latest research and best practice. Whether through 1:1 coaching, workshops, or webinars, I bring professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to helping people thrive.

Sessions are delivered via Telephone Appointment, Zoom, Google Meets or Microsoft Teams, allowing clients to access support from anywhere. I offer 1:1 performance psychology coaching, team workshops, and educational webinars remotely. This flexible approach ensures high-quality, personalised support that fits around clients’ schedules and locations. I also provide digital resources and follow-up support where appropriate.
