Welcome to the Guild!
The Strength Guild's mission is to uplift those often overlooked in fitness: I haven't come from a sporty, hyper-motivated background and I'm not a typical drill instructor PT - I’m a self-professed Nerd who went through my own body transformation, bit by bit from the ground up.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
To work with each client personally - understand their experience, limitations, personal needs and preferences. Not everyone will be able to follow a diet every day, or get to the gym on their own, so I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to how we approach training. It's all about little steps, small lifestyle changes and gradually building long lasting habits. I've personal experience with obesity, depression and anxiety, and know how tough it can be to even set foot in a gym - So we work at a pace that best suits you, leaning into what you find fun, setting acheivable and realistic goals that keep you motivated and most importantly, enjoying the process.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
First of all, not everyone will be able to maintain a ripped shredded phsyique year round... I know I really struggle to.
We are all completely unique genetically, and social media has bombarded us with unrealistic expectations for years. As such it's become insanely hard to be happy in your own skin - Through training I want to help you realise your own strengths, what you excel at, and help your realise that a stronger healthier you IS the body of your dreams.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others that maybe don't have the confidence, experience or belief in themselves that they can improve their body and health. Showing other Nerds, Introverts and Neurodivergents that working out rocks, and building muscle is not only healthy but fun!
I also love teaching, sharing the knowledge that fascinates me and has helped me change my own body!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have first hand experience with obesity, depression and anxiety - I've been in that situation, overweight, anxious and finding it damn near impossible to make the first step. I'm not like most sporty PT's: I spent years of trial and error to get to where I am, I never found traditional exercise sustainable and it was only when I discovered lifting weights that I realised it can be both fun and healthy. So I want to show others how you don't have to eat salads and spend hours on a treadmill to start looking and feeling better!
Why should our clients choose you?
I've personal, relatable experience with weight-loss, depression and anxiety, and neurodivergence. I am a self professed Nerd and not a sporty person but I've changed my health and body for the better through learning what sticks, and what can be ignored!
If you train with me, I'll impart as much relevant knowledge as possible, and all the tips and tricks that have helped me. I understand the struggles and stresses, and know how most people can't dedicate all their time to the gym. As such I have an emphasis on flexible training, approachable diet and lifestyle changes, and gradual, sustainable progression, to best serve you in reaching your goals!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I do provide online training - I will personally write your program based on experience, lifestyle and personal requirements, as well as offering alternative exercises to suit the equipment available to you.
You will have access to not only the program, where you can input your numbers and adjust exercises where necessary, but also daily access to me via Whatsapp for tips, tricks and motivation.
We will also meet once a month for a video call, where we'll review your training, how you've been getting on, what you enjoy and what you dont, and see if anything needs altering.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The gym can easily spread illness, as such we will clean the equipment before and after use. I lso enforce a strict policy of if you're ill, let me know beforehand and stay home and recover!
