I went to The Rehab Osteo with a bad ankle injury. I could barely put any weight on it, and stairs were especially difficult. Haythem was great from the start. He listened carefully, asked detailed questions about what happened, and did a thorough check of my ankle. After just one session, I noticed a big improvement within a few days. Walking became much easier, and the pain started to ease up. Now, my ankle feels completely back to normal. The clinic itself is also really clean and modern, which made the whole experience feel very professional and reassuring. More...

I’ve been seeing Haythem for ongoing muscle stiffness and tightness resulting from a car accident I had four years ago. His treatment has been truly life changing. Through a combination of osteopathy and dry needling, Haythem has helped relieve the chronic tension I’ve been carrying for years. My headaches, once a regular issue, have completely gone away.Haythem is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly and attentive. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, which made me feel both comfortable and confident in his care. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall mobility and well-being thanks to him. Highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pain, tightness, or post-injury issues! More...

I have had the pleasure of receiving osteopathic treatment from Haitham, and I can confidently say that he is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled practitioners I have come across in this field. From the very first session, it was clear that he possesses a deep understanding of the human body, and more importantly, how to identify and treat the root causes of pain and discomfort — not just the symptoms.Haitham takes the time to listen carefully to his patients. He asked detailed questions about my medical history, lifestyle, and physical habits before proceeding with any hands-on treatment. This thorough approach immediately made me feel confident and well cared for.His techniques are highly effective, blending classic osteopathic manipulation with a holistic view of wellness. In my case, I was suffering from chronic neck and lower back pain that had resisted improvement through other treatments such as physiotherapy and medication. After just a few sessions with Haitham, I began to notice a significant reduction in pain, improved posture, and better overall mobility. What impressed me the most was his ability to explain exactly what he was doing and why — helping me understand my own body better and how to take care of it between sessions. Not only is Haitham technically proficient, but he is also incredibly professional, respectful, and warm in his demeanor. He creates a calm and comfortable environment that makes every visit a positive experience. His attention to detail, dedication to his patients, and genuine passion for osteopathy are evident in every session. If you’re looking for a skilled and trustworthy osteopath who truly cares about your health and recovery, I highly recommend Haitham. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply trying to improve your physical wellbeing, you’ll be in excellent hands with him. More...

Haythem is a rare find. An Osteopath with deep knowledge and expertise who also has an instinctive and intuitive touch that always finds the right spot. He is strong, yet gentle: a combination that allows him to hold the rest of the body firmly whilst treating the problem areas with sensitivity.I also love Haythem's honesty and integrity: he never recommends more treatment unless it is really needed.People often use hyperbole and words like "Miracle Worker" when they find a good Osteopath... but in Haythem's case, it's not hype. I’ve been seeing Haythem for over 6 years, and I can’t thank him enough for the difference he’s made. He’s the only practitioner I fully trust. I first saw him after injuring my shoulder, making something as simple as a push-up impossible. Other practitioners suggested avoiding training, but Haythem took the time to understand the issue and used dry needling to target the muscles around the shoulder. Thanks to his thorough treatment, my shoulder healed, and I can now hit personal records on my bench press without pain.More recently, I had a rotator cuff issue, which was causing significant discomfort. Haythem used shockwave therapy to stimulate healing, reduce inflammation, and get me back to training much faster than I expected. His care and expertise have made a huge difference, and I can train confidently without worrying about injuries. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with injuries or seeking expert care. More...

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job as an osteopath is witnessing the transformation in my patients. It's incredibly rewarding to see someone come in with pain or limited movement, often feeling frustrated and hopeless, and then, through our work together, experience significant improvement.
I genuinely enjoy the process of unravelling complex problems. Every patient is unique, and I love the challenge of piecing together their history, symptoms, and physical presentation to understand the root cause of their issues. It's like being a detective for the body!
But beyond the diagnostic aspect, what truly fuels me is empowering people. Providing them with a clear understanding of what's going on, delivering effective, tailored treatment, and equipping them with the tools through prehab and rehab protocols to manage their own health long-term – that's what makes every day fulfilling. Seeing them get back to doing the things they love, whether it's playing with their kids, excelling in their sport, or simply enjoying daily activities without pain, is the ultimate reward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a decade of working in various clinical settings, I recognised a clear opportunity to not only deliver exceptional osteopathic care but also to cultivate a practice that truly reflects my vision for patient-centered health. During my 10 years working for others, I gained invaluable experience and learned a tremendous amount from different business models. This insight allowed me to identify areas where I felt I could significantly enhance the patient experience and optimize treatment outcomes.
I was inspired to create a space where the focus is genuinely on the individual, offering a more thorough and tailored approach than is often possible in busier, less personalised environments. My goal was to build a clinic where every patient feels heard, understood, and truly invested in their recovery journey. It's about combining the best practices I've observed with my own commitment to providing comprehensive assessments, delivering highly effective, individualized treatment plans, and empowering patients with robust prehab and rehab protocols. Ultimately, I wanted to build a business that wasn't just about treating symptoms, but about fostering long-term health and well-being within the community.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose The Rehab Osteo because I offer a truly distinct and effective approach to their health and well-being. With a decade of dedicated experience, I've honed my skills to provide care that goes beyond just addressing symptoms.
Here's what sets us apart:
Unrivalled Thoroughness: I commit to a comprehensive assessment that delves deep into the root cause of your pain or dysfunction. We don't just treat where it hurts; we uncover why it hurts, considering your whole body and lifestyle. This holistic perspective ensures we identify all contributing factors, leading to more lasting results.
Personalised Treatment Plans, Driven by Results: No two bodies are alike, and neither should be their treatment. I craft bespoke treatment plans that are precisely tailored to your unique needs and goals. My focus is always on delivering tangible, measurable outcomes, helping you achieve the specific results you desire – whether it's pain relief, improved mobility, or enhanced performance.
Expert Prehab and Rehab Protocols: My commitment to your long-term health extends beyond the treatment table. I provide detailed, expert-designed prehab and rehab protocols. This means we'll work together to prevent future issues, build resilience, and accelerate your recovery, empowering you to maintain your health and well-being independently.
A Decade of Refined Experience: My 10 years in the field have not only built a strong foundation of clinical knowledge but have also allowed me to learn and adapt from diverse practices. This experience enables me to integrate the best approaches and continually refine my methods for optimal patient care.
Choosing The Rehab Osteo means choosing a partner in your health journey – someone dedicated to understanding your needs, delivering targeted treatment, and equipping you with the tools for a healthier, more active future.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
At present, all of our services are provided through in-person visits at our clinic.
While some aspects of osteopathic care can be discussed remotely, my approach is built on the foundation of thorough hands-on assessment, palpation, and manual treatment techniques. These are essential for accurately diagnosing your condition, identifying the root cause of your discomfort, and delivering the precise, tailored treatment you need to achieve the best possible results.
Therefore, to ensure the highest quality of care and the most effective outcomes, we currently only offer appointments at our physical location.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At The Rehab Osteo, your safety and well-being have always been our top priority, and that commitment was only reinforced by the COVID-19 pandemic. While government guidelines have evolved, we continue to maintain robust hygiene and safety protocols, building on the best practices learned over the past few years.
Here are some of the key measures we have implemented and continue to uphold:
Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization: We maintain a rigorous cleaning schedule, thoroughly disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, treatment couches, and equipment between each patient. Our clinic rooms are also well-ventilated to ensure optimal air quality.
Hand Hygiene: Hand sanitiser is readily available throughout the clinic for both patients and practitioners, and we adhere to strict handwashing protocols before and after every appointment.
Appointment Management: We continue to manage our appointment schedule to allow for dedicated time between patients, minimizing any overlap in waiting areas and providing ample time for cleaning and ventilation. We kindly ask patients to arrive promptly for their appointments to help us maintain this flow.
Health Screening: We encourage patients to reschedule if they are experiencing any symptoms of a respiratory infection, including COVID-19. This helps protect both our staff and other vulnerable patients.
Wipeable Surfaces: We've replaced porous materials with wipeable surfaces where possible, ensuring easy and effective disinfection.
These measures are regularly reviewed and updated in line with guidance from Public Health England and the General Osteopathic Council, ensuring we provide the safest possible environment for your treatment. We are dedicated to making you feel comfortable and secure during your visit.
Osteopathy
Hands-on manual therapy to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. We focus on restoring balance and function throughout the body, addressing not just the symptoms but the root cause of your discomfort. We utilise various techniques to improve joint mobility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall movement.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a Western form of acupuncture that complements osteopathy and massage treatments. It involves inserting fine, sterile needles into specific trigger points within muscles, tendons, or ligaments. These trigger points are often tight bands or knots of muscle that contribute to pain, stiffness, and restricted movement. The insertion of the needle aims to elicit a “twitch response,” a brief muscle contraction that signals the release of tension. This release helps reduce pain, improve muscle function, and promote healing. While it uses the same thin needles as traditional Chinese acupuncture, dry needling is based on Western anatomical and neurophysiological principles, focusing on treating musculoskeletal conditions.
Shockwave
Shockwave therapy uses high-energy sound waves to penetrate tissues, stimulating regeneration and providing significant pain relief. It’s ideal for a wide range of individuals, from athletes and gym-goers to those experiencing pain from repetitive activities like gardening, walking, or cycling.
This treatment is particularly effective for persistent conditions that have lasted at least 3-4 weeks, such as Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee, rotator cuff injuries, and tennis/golfer’s elbow.
MOT Clinic
Think of this as a regular “body tune-up,” similar to visiting the dentist – arguably even more crucial, as your skeleton, muscles, and joints house your vital organs. We offer comprehensive assessments and maintenance treatments to optimise your physical health, prevent injuries, and delay or prevent joint wear and tear, a leading cause of major interventions like joint replacements.
