When my dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis recently the Vet told me I had to give him a very low fat diet - I didn’t really know where to start with deciding what to feed him. I spoke to Cormac who recommended the best possible diet for our dog based on his diagnosis, age and what he enjoys eating. My first shopping experience with you a couple of weeks ago as I was looking for a new food for my dog. My vet had recommended certain things to avoid and I explained this to the lady (sorry didn’t get your name) and she took the time to read all the ingredients and find the most suitable one to try, which by the way has worked 🙌 Also I’d like to mention she took the time to get to know me and my dog, had a chat, it wasn’t about the sale or the money I was spending it was about creating a relationship and a returning customer which I really found refreshing and a lovely shopping experience. We’ve been using the Pet Experience for many years. Our elderly collie X recently developed bowel problems, after lots of tests at the vets and great concern nothing seemed to make it better. Cormac suggested changing his food, that he had been on for years, to a fish based food. This was four month ago and since the , our dog has been well, no problems and looks much healthier. Many apologies for the mix up!! I got my reviews all mixed up! Luckily I had had a few brilliant experiences that week!! ! The staff at the pet experience were super lovely, they asked if I needed help and took me straight to what I asked for and talked me through the range available with all the pros and cons of. Per toeval kwamen we tijdens onze vakantie bij The Pet Experience uit, en dit toeval gun ik iedereen! Onze hond is altijd een lastige eter geweest en tijdens ons bezoek aan de winkel nam Cormac uitgebreid de tijd om met ons te praten en ons te adviseren. Zonder ons producten aan te praten, gewoon omdat hij zo ontzettend kundig en aardig is. Bij thuiskomst het advies opgevolgd en nu is onze hond een voorbeeldige eter! De producten die ze verkopen zijn overigens van top kwaliteit én prettig geprijsd. Dus heb je een huisdier en ben je in regio Weymouth? Het is het zeker waard om The Pet Experience te bezoeken. Wow, what an amazing guy at The Pet Experience, what he doesn't know about dog's dietary needs isn't worth knowing. So grateful, my little dog has just had Pancreatitus, I've come home from Pet Experience with food he loves, and he's very fussy, and a good insight into what to feed and why. Whilst I await the result of changing my older springer spaniels food to teepee at their recommendation, I have been impressed on both occasions I have visited the shop, at the expert knowledge and willingness to inform and educate on a dogs diet and health particularly from the Irish chap (apologies I didn’t get your name).
