Lovely offices, staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. The cafe is amazing anyone can use it even if you don’t have an office in the building. Great hub of the community.

I have recently joined to rent space from Nucleus Business & Innovation Centre. I have to say what a beautiful inspiring little gem this place is. The staff are so welcoming and helpful.. you actually feel part of a team.. The business that are already established are always greeting me with a warm welcome. The cafe is just perfect as there is nothing around I count my blessings to be part of such a great environment. Toilets are clean, the cleanliness of the whole building and great ventilation. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I work on the second floor. The reception always looks lovely with flowers. There are special events we all get invited to, sometimes there are balloon decorations or a selfie wall. Jubilee was great with an afternoon tea and "the Queen" I always feel safe at work. Worked within this building for two years and have always found the service exceptional. No problem is too big or small and the staff are extremely accommodating. Kim and team are always professional, polite and offers a personal touch. The centre is the perfect display of expert management and business facilities, including an on site cafe. Wouldn’t recommend using this building for your office space- Everything always seems to much to ask, even when asking for the aircon turned down-thermostat in the ceiling so cannot access it so requires a £200 engineer call out, with weather chopping and changing this is just ridiculous. Management funny about providing milk, when this is in the contract. Cafe overpriced and shouldn’t be allowed to rent the space with the quality of the food they are providing. Only one lift works, with the other smelling very damp. Whole building could do with a deep clean. Office space supposedly cleaned, however layers of dust continues to sit around the office. More...

I have worked here for just over 4 years and I've always had a great experience. The offices and communal areas are always kept clean and tidy and the facilities available to us are of a very high standard. It has an onsite café producing lovely food, and there are plenty of parking spaces for myself and colleagues. Kim and the team do a fantastic job of running the site, always on hand when you need them and they always greet us with a smile. Overall, a brilliant place to have our company.
