If there was an option to review as less than 1 star I would! I got into the building and there was no receptionist so just sat in the waiting area hoping it was right. Five minutes into my appointment I get a call from the physio saying they’re in the car park. It’s 10 minutes before my appointment was about to end and still the physio is a no-show. As I’m getting up to leave they walk into the reception area and, without apologising, tell me how traffic and parking have been a nightmare. Booked a 90 minute appointment, then in the last hour or so of my appointment, I received a message saying that there was a fault with the system and could only do 60 minutes. I said OK. On my arrival I was then told that a client overrun and that was the reason, not a faulty booking system. I wish I had just cancelled and rebooked. I also don't like being lied too. Once on the bed, I was then told I'd receive a 75 min treatment and only be charged 60 mins...Great! But when I looked at the time I realised I had just had a 65 min treatment. Last year i was in a bad way with limited and painful mobility that was diagnosed as a frozen shoulder. Raj (Muraliraj Rajan) has been very knowledgeable and understanding with my condition and has treated me with a range of physio methods and exercises over the last few months to retrieve the situation. He has also dealt with the underlying physical posture related problems that contributed to the frozen shoulder and with my general aches and pains. With thanks to Raj I now have full pain free mobility in my shoulder and I additionally have a range of exercises and posture related advice when walking for example to help me into the future. I saw Luigi after unsuccessfully treating a verruca with over the counter remedies. My foot was very painful and I was nervous of anyone touching the verruca. Luigi’s calm and sympathetic manner put me at ease and he was very gentle when examining and later treating my foot. The verruca is now gone and I am able to walk again without pain – I feel a different person.
