um it was good and supportive but I don't think 12 weekswas long enough to achivhe my goal and I think the 12 weeks the price was expensive for me and many others like me that don't have a full time job. i enjoyed the fact I could talk with a coach that was there face to face video call and was able to message my coach If I had any questions to ask. I don't think I was motorbated enough to achivhe what I wanted to and I was happy helping out friends that was also struggling to lose weight I think that the weight loss meals should include things that people like and enjoy eating without worrying that it not healthy. Adam is a very approachable and friendly trainer and I felt very comfortable sharing and discussing my health & fitness journey with him. He was able to give advice in between dedicated catch ups and answer some questions I had. Unfortunately, I didn’t lose the weight I had wanted to, which is for a mix of reasons including the time of year I started which makes being of track more difficult (lead up to Xmas) but also felt disheartening as I was on track 80% of the time and still saw little progress. I was happy with the strength workouts given and the way the app computes your daily habit trackers. I did not find the food plan particularly helpful as they were overly complex recipes which were American so often I didn’t recognise the ingredients (can’t get in UK) or the measurements were in oz/cups which meant I had to convert everything. The expectation to eat a different breakfast lunch and dinner every day was too overwhelming for me, as well as expensive, so I found my first couple of weeks hard. I adapted it myself and found a few meals that fit my macros and stuck to those which I found worked better. Hi Olivia. Thank you for your review. Of course, you put in the effort, and we tried to find a way to help you lose weight. Eventually, it started clicking for you at about the eight-week mark. However, that was just as Christmas and the holidays started to kick in. You were at the weight, and you felt good. However, at that point, you started to go out more, drink, and socialise a lot more over Christmas and New Year, which I could not control, even though I encourage you to stay focused and accountable. Unfortunately, I can't be there when you go out over Christmas and New Year. Therefore, it's inevitable that the results would not have been achieved. I did offer you a continued spot on the program as I felt you needed more time; however, due to financial resources, you said you could not afford to continue. As for the nutrition part, adjusting to a personalised nutrition plan can be challenging, especially when it involves changes to your usual eating habits. The meal plan is meant to be a helpful tool. It was designed to incorporate a variety of American and British meals to cater to different tastes, recognising that everyone has unique preferences. Eating more variety of foods than you're accustomed to can feel overwhelming, and it might lead to a higher weekly cost, especially if you opt for more fresh ingredients. I did tweak and adjust the plan as much as I could. Ultimately, it's essential to ensure that you focus 100% of the time; even a slight deviation in focus can affect results. I tried out Adam Milner’s program recently and managed to get my weight back under control. I lost 8Kg within 12 weeks and got back into my favourite trousers.
It is so easy to slip into bad habits and convince yourself you’re not really eating that much when in reality your exceeding the calories you need. Adam helped ensure I tracked what I eat through his app but also recommended what I should eat to keep me feeling full and energised to complete my weekly workout program, which were tailored around my goals.
The nutritional aspect was great as he balanced the ratios of my carbohydrates, proteins and fats. I followed the recipes easily. I didn’t feel hungry when I stuck to these ratios, I actual felt like I was eating more that I used to and still lost weight. The main learning of this 5 months' journey with Adam was that consistency is the absolute key to reward. Adam is a great coach, definitely not the one you would hear saying just what you want to hear. He was there pulling me back on track when needed and he was there to feedback progress when progress was achieved. Thanks to this programme, I’ve learnt to dose portions without having to always use a scale. I have learnt how to better balance training in response of my body need and composition . I’m looking less at my weight and rather focus on how I feel and look instead. Tracking weight is great to understand trajectory of progress, however getting fixated on the numbers can be demotivating. I have learnt that monitoring and tracking calories intake is of paramount importance to feel in control. And that taking a 360 video of yourself on day 1 can feel disheartening, but taking a new one of yourself at the end of the programme can pay back all of your efforts. My concerns were primarily with a drop in my testosterone. I wanted to correct it naturally, without having to rely on TRT. Working with Adam M., he explained what would cause low T levels, explained how to raise T levels naturally via a structured exercise regimen. Following his structured exercises which included upper and lower body exercises, I was able to increase my muscle mass. Redoing my blood work after 4 months, showed my T levels went back to a normal mid range of a health 35+ adult. I have tried multiple diets over the last few years, I also followed some known fitness coaches, however I have failed every single time. I guess that I thought I didn't need anyone to tell me what food is good or bad for me. Adam has been exceptional. I have a high intensity job with long hours which means my ability to get to the gym is very limited some weeks. Nutrition and changing behaviour was a key focus. Adam has been available via whatsapp everyday and zoom sessions every couple of weeks. I did cancel on him a few times due to my availability but having him available on whatsapp was super useful as I'd send him random questions about particular foods and I'd even send him the menu of a restaurant I would be at and he'd guide me on what to order. His app has also been a great resource, to see my body transformation and also the tailored exercises he'd give me for home and at gym. I've lost 3.4kg and I'm at the lowest weight since 2020. Belt has gone back to right at the end where it should be and clothes are fitting a lot better. I had not had a virtual PT before so didn’t know what to expect, but Adam was really approachable and took the time to explain how the programme would work.
I wanted a programme that provided workouts and meal plans to match my level of activity, and this is what Adam did. What I found most useful was how flexible and adaptable it was. Adam regularly reviewed my level of fitness and took into account my lifestyle and habits, and adjusted the programme accordingly. When I went on holiday he suggested workouts I could do without equipment. The app is also really easy to use and has helped me to learn more about nutrition and macros.
Adam created a really individual and bespoke plan for me and kept me accountable. The weekly meetings on Teams were positive and provided support and direction for the following week. I’m lifting more than I have in the past and feel a lot stronger, and people have commented on my weight loss asking about the programme I follow. One of the best decisions I’ve made
At first, I was sceptical about approaching a paid personal trainer as I’d purchased training plans online from bodybuilders I follow on YouTube / Instagram etc, and always found that I looked good when my arms were pumped up in the gym;
however the next week I’d always think, I don’t look any different. Which bit am I doing wrong, or is it just my body?
I decided to look for a 1-on-1 PT and reached out to Adam, after looking at his website content and testimonials. From day 1 of talking with Adam, he immediately got to know me personally and asked me to complete a questionnaire about my weight / height measurements, current training structure, what I typically eat etc. He then built me a plan which was specifically personal to ME, not just a generic one that you might download and pay £20 for online. The plan is so easy to follow, and it clearly laid out the number of calories I needed to consume in order to hit the goal set, including a perfect split of Fats, Carbs and Proteins - the app that Adam uses makes it so easy and achievable, whether that be pre-set meals and recipes to choose from, consistently tracking where you are with your macros throughout the day or right down to reminding you what muscle group you are training that day! Adam has been a pleasure to work with, he's built up my knowledge and confidence around nutrition and getting the right macro splits to reach my goals. The confidence of having a personal trainer who has really supported me throughout the process has been amazing and he's a great guy as well.

I am so happy that I was able to get into Adam's program. Before I went through many unsuccessful attempts to lose weight, but each one of them was too fast and didn't teach me anything about my bodies needs, nutrition and the type of exercises that I should be doing.
Everything changed with The Milner Method. My weight loss is slow, but steady - it's much more easier for me this way, as I am getting accustomed to the diet and exercises. Finally I feel like I am able to reach my weight loss goal and not gain everything again. Adam is a very understanding and kind person. During appointments he makes sure that you are comfortable with your plan and is flexible to change anything. The exercise plan he provides is well described and you have videos to every exercise, so you know what you are doing. This is my Review of the Milner Method for Adam.
I was contacted by Adam whilst I was away on holiday after submitting some details of my plan through Bark.
After speaking to a couple of another nutritionist I knew that I wanted to move forward with Adam. His prices were reasonable and his key to detail on our first conversation was brilliant.
I explained to Adam my goals and where I had come from and where I wanted to get to. After some chatting, I decided I wanted to go on the 12-week course.
During the 12 weeks I didn’t just drop body fat, I learned all about what food to eat more of, portion sizes. And my micros. And dropped 10kg in weight. Adam has given me the tools to keep moving forward with my eating better and training. This was a fun 12 weeks with a couple of ups and downs but the lessons I have learned will keep me on the right path.
Our weekly meeting really did motivate me because 12 weeks can seem long but does go very fast. I would advise anybody who is thinking about this type of training and nutrition plan.
I would have no problem recommending Adam, I wish him all the best in future business. And we may be doing some business again soon.

Used the program for about 4 months will be continuing and recommending to anyone who reads this and anyone who asks.
From the jump the initial consultation call was very productive and informative instead of cutting you off mid sentence Adam listened and made great responses.
The program had multiple stages which was great for pushing the body the nutrition was great gone are the days of chicken breast and rice. There was many alternatives given with instructions which were very precise and videos provided if needed.
The training programs were and tailor specific to what your goal is that you are trying to achieve. Paired with constant feedback of every session. As such I was able to overcome an improved body composition reducing body fat percentage significantly and breaking new personal bests in various lifts I hit a plateau in.
With weekly video link reviews of progress provided by Adam, it kept you motivated.
One great thing is that there is large emphasis on getting your macros naturally and not through supplements making it even better for your body both internally and externally.
Other than that I have no problems with the service provided at the price it is. Always remember progress won’t work if you don’t so hold yourself accountable and see the changes.

I’ve been using Adam’s plan for over 2 months now and Ive been hugely impressed with everything I have learned so far. Before the plan I was purely focusing on a high protein intake and missing out on vital nutrients for my diet.
