How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My clients receive bespoke programming and support (no cookie cutter programmes here!)
We work together through the good times but I’ll also be there every step of the way through the harder times too. Through programming, lifestyle support and mindset coaching we can achieve amazing results together both physically and mentally.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work, commitment and patience. Nothing great comes overnight, stay dedicated to the process and you’ll get “the body of your dreams”.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients unlock their potential and see their confidence reach new heights!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I myself have been through a fitness ‘transformation’ so to speak and now help other do the same. I’m passionate about providing results with care.

Workout Only Programmes
These programmes are great for those who are already confident in the gym and have background training knowledge. These can also be used at home, as they are programmed to you and your equipment.
So if you just need a new structure and sense of direction this is package for you.

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
60 mins of 1-1 Personal Training, book 1,2 or 3 sessions weekly.
All new clients start their TLC journey with a health and fitness MOT, in this consultation we discuss: goals, experience, lifestyle, health, and motivation.
We look at the longevity of your goals and create a coaching road map, along the way delivering sessions to ensure you are using correct technique, pushing your limits and supported towards your goals.
For the duration of your session credits you have access to: personalised on-demand app workouts, habit/goal tracking, 1-1 online coach support, education resources, bootcamp and open gym.
Sessions are bookable in 10 credit blocks which must be used withing 12 weeks of purchase.
*Drop in PAYG sessions are available but no extra coaching premiums included.
SMALL GROUP PT
Our small-group coaching classes are capped at 6 people.
All sessions are pre-programmed with specific outcomes in mind, following a 6-8 week progression rotation.
Get real coaching support and build your movement competencies with attention to detail at a fraction of the 1-1 PT cost.
Choose your weekly session count and get unlimited access to our: group on-demand app workouts, education hub, bootcamp and open gym for the duration of your commitment to coaching.
