What’s your signature dish?
We have many but because we also have a butchers shop our Sausage and Mash with Onion Gravy made with our award winning Sausages is a real crowd pleaser as one of our bowl food dishes
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We usually have a face to face meeting whenever possible and we discuss the occasion with the client and then suggest the perfect dishes for that event but we also create bespoke menus for our clients, if there is something they particularly want.
What do you love most about your job?
We love every event from set up to service and our aim is to create something very special and memorable for our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have our own butchers shop and wanted to incorporate an outside catering arm to the business... being our own supply chain seemed to be a natural progression for us.
