After trying without success to sell my house, which was empty for many weeks I decided to try staging. I made contact with Sarah who responded to my request very promptly. She made some suggestions regarding the decor which I carried out and staged in a very short time, as I needed to sell my property asap. The results were fabulous and subsequently had five viewing within a weekend (couldn’t get any interest whilst it was unfurnished) Accepted an offer the following week & property has now completed. Would absolutely recommend and use Sarah again; wish I had ignored the estate agents advice and used her services earlier, as it would have been cheaper in the long run as I had mortgage commitments whilst the property was empty. I love working with Property Developers, Investors and Home Owners to help them to maximise the profit on their investments with our turnkey / handsfree service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I owned a 4 bedroom bungalow that sold within 24 hours for £150k more after I had staged it! I now help my clients achieve great results for their properties.
