Ash did an absolutely fantastic job with my dog who does not like going to the groomer at all. She’s finally got an all over even coat & her cuteness has been restored. My dog is very nervous about being groomed so with other groomers I find that he has not been given a good grooming. I can recommend The Grooming Lab my dog came out relaxed, groomed and smelling lovely. Will be definitely using again

Isla is a very nervous dog especially when it comes to going to the groomers but Ashlea really takes her time and helps Isla to be comfortable and desensitises her from noises and the machines she uses. We will definitely be back! 🐾

Ashlea was very calm and kind with my naughty golden Leo. I highly recommend her. She did a wonderful job taking out the dense dead hair and I got a brand new, shiny and beautifully smelling dog afterwards. We will be regulars!!

Our large dog is very nervous and we've found that people can be scared to trim her nails, so they've been tricky to get short. It's a two person job to bath her at home! Ash made her feel calm and safe which was amazing. She came out super shiny and with all her nails trimmed. We love the 1-2-1 aspect because our dog can be reactivate around other stressed dogs, so there's no worry about her bumping into another dog and ruining the experience for her. Took my very nervous Swiss shepherd rescue here today. I am embarrassed to say I had let her get quite dirty and matted… well she came out a different dog she is pure white again and not a mat in sight… I am so pleased with how she looks, we will be regular visitors from now on. Highly recommend!

Ash is amazing at what she does. My dog is ridiculously nervous and barks at new people. Even people she's known her entire life, she still barks at. Ghost was so relaxed and comfortable with Ash. Plus she looked incredible, so much better than what myself or my husband could of done ourselves. Ash took her walkies (extra charge) which also meant she was able to get to know her a bit better before her groom. Opie and Nala went for their groom together last week and they both came out looking and smelling amazing. Nala is quite loud, doesn’t like grooming much and will NOT be separated from Opie. Ashley allowed plenty of time to have them in together, managed to do a brilliant job and we will 100% be using her regularly. Just for reference of how difficult they are to groom anyway they are 45kg+ long haired German shepherds!!! So glad I found The Grooming Lab More...
