1. Discovery & Consultation
We begin with a discovery call or in-person consultation to understand your goals, style preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget. Whether you’re redesigning a single room or renovating an entire home, this stage ensures we’re aligned from the start.
2. Site Visit & Assessment
I visit the space to take measurements, assess lighting, layout, and architectural features, and identify opportunities or constraints. I also capture any inspiration, existing pieces, or structural considerations to inform the design direction.
3. Design Direction & Moodboards
Based on your brief, I develop a clear design direction with moodboards, proposed layouts, and curated finishes. This includes colour schemes, textures, furniture, lighting, and accessories, designed to reflect your personality and elevate the space.
4. Sourcing & Specification
I source furniture, soft furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and décor items from a range of trusted suppliers. Every element is selected for cohesion, quality, and practicality; aligned with your timeline and budget.
5. Project Coordination (if required)
For renovation or installation projects, I manage timelines, liaise with trades, and oversee delivery and setup to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
6. Styling & Final Touches
Once the key pieces are in place, I style the space with layered details—cushions, art, books, plants, lighting, to bring warmth, balance, and character. The result is a polished, livable interior that feels beautifully finished.
7. Client Reveal & Follow-Up
You’ll walk through the completed design, and we’ll ensure everything feels just right. I also provide styling notes or care guidance where needed, and remain available for any follow-up support.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I started The Griff Edit after experiencing first-hand how thoughtful design and staging can completely transform a space and change how people feel in it.
What began as a personal project to sell our own home quickly then undertake a full renovation project all within 1 year. With a background in transformation and project management and a love for interiors, I launched the business to bring creativity, clarity, and calm to homes that deserve to be seen at their best.

We start with a virtual consultation to understand your space, goals, budget, and design style.
2. Client Brief & Visuals
You’ll send measurements, photos, videos, and a short questionnaire. I’ll guide you on how to capture the right angles and provide templates if needed.
3. Concept & Moodboards
You’ll receive a curated design concept with moodboards, colour palettes, and layout suggestions tailored to your space and lifestyle.
4. Digital Room Layouts & Shopping Lists
You’ll get a detailed room plan, furniture layout, and a clickable shopping list with direct links to recommended products—aligned with your budget and preferred retailers.
5. Styling Notes & Follow-Up Support
You’ll also receive tips on how to install, style, and dress your space like a pro. I offer follow-up calls to guide you through any final decisions or tweaks.

If you’re unwell or isolating, appointments can be rescheduled without penalty. I work flexibly to accommodate your needs.
