We were looking to have an EV charger fitted so we went through the Bark site and the Full EV were the only company to reply to us. They asked us a series of questions. They also asked for photos and a short video so they accurately assess our needs. They arranged a date for the charger to be fitted. The technician arrived on time, the charger and the fuse board had already been sent ahead to save time. The technician was very polite, thorough and efficient. The job was soon done. What do you love most about your job?
For most people right now, buying an electric vehicle charger is something they've never done before. We love answering questions, demystifying the process and helping make the transition to driving an EV as simple as it can be. What inspired you to start your own business?
The two founders of the business have both driven plug-in cars for several years, and wonder why more people haven't taken the plunge. And, having experienced poor service, delayed installation promises, demands for full payment up-front and requests for additional payments, they set out to make having a home or workplace charger fitted, an altogether more pleasant and efficient experience.
Why should our clients choose you?
We're enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products we recommend, as we drive plug-in cars. We are constantly surveying and studying the fast-changing EV charger marketplace, so we always offer the best products we can - so long as they are reliable, and have good support, on the rare occasions it is needed.
Rarely are two charger installations the same - we'll always look to find the best solution to suit you, your home or work premises, and your use case.

We love to speak to our customers, so we can understand their precise needs. If you're not close to our Cardiff office, then we'll ask you to take some photos, and work with you using tech such as Whatsapp video calls, to survey your premises and figure out the best solution.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If we're ill, we won't come out and see you! We'll take any issues to do with health, contact, or pets into account, when planning an installation of an EV charger for you.

We do application on behalf of customers to western power to get consented authority required to install charge point.
