Imagine every one of your employees comes to work energised, excited, bringing their A game, going the extra mile, solving problems, hitting deadlines. How would that change your organisation? Productivity goes up, engagement goes up, revenue goes up.

That's what we're doing - one organisation at a time! Transforming organisational culture and purpose-led businesses, so people beg to work with you, and customers can't help but talk about you and you can do the part of your job that you love, with less of the stress.

The desire to see more purpose-led businesses doing good while making a profit.

Services

Because better workplaces = a better world.

Our Culture Definition Programme explores how a strong sense of purpose can transform the way we work and lead, creating better workplaces and ultimately, a better world. With a focus on leadership and organizational culture, this workshop provides a comprehensive guide to building purpose-driven organizations that prioritize the well-being of their employees, customers, and communities.

Business is just relationships with purpose and leadership is the skill that make those relationships work.

In the Impact Leadership Programme we will explore the key principles and practices that can help you become a successful business leader. Whether you’re a CEO, an entrepreneur, or a manager, this workshop will provide you with the tools and strategies you need to take your leadership skills to the next level.

We adapt the learning to fit with you and your organisation, helping founders scale their organisations without having to work harder by defining and implementing a success culture that thrives without them and where people do their best work.

One of the unique services The Culture Guy offers is the writing, design and production of a Culture Playbook. A Culture Playbook is a simple reference document that incorporates the important parts of the mission, vision and values, along with helpful notes on how this impacts the culture, the behaviours and day to day way the organisation operates. We work with your brand designers to reflect the organisations visual language and values so that it reinforces the culture.
