Benjamin is lead coach for Northumberland Women and Girls’ rugby and he speaks on culture, leadership, performance and having global impact as a leader.
Ben is a business expert who has been helping workplaces improve their culture for the past decade. From consultancy, where he goes inside businesses to assess leaders and employers, to speaking at huge business industry events. Ben wants to help entrepreneurs and start-ups create a great environment for employees from the get-go and has also taking up a position as university lecturer in leadership. Ben is an expert on transitional change, particularly relevant to hybrid working in a post-Pandemic world.
Playbook development
One of the unique services The Culture Guy offers is the writing, design and production of a Culture Playbook. A Culture Playbook is a simple reference document that incorporates the important parts of the mission, vision and values, along with helpful notes on how this impacts the culture, the behaviours and day to day way the organisation operates.
