We have been operating for 7 years as a dry hire event caterer and have provided lots of successful catered events and have a wonderful working relationship with a variety of high quality venues such as the Stowe Collection, Addington Palace & Shuttleworth to briefly name a few. Our mission is to offer the best catering & bar options for our clients which includes both yourselves as well as the wedding & corporate clients.

What makes us different to other caterers?

Below I will briefly detail what we believe makes us different:

• No Factory made, conveyor belt offering – We have a unique comprehensive offering, whilst we do still offer packages, we refer to our brochure as more of a template or a reference if you will. We tailor make every event as and where required and encourage our couples and clients to venture off-piste if they feel. We will then demonstrate where their ideas are similar to other options in our offering to determine a price. To Digress; Many of our past & present clients come from dual nationality backgrounds or wish to mix cultures expressively in the wedding catering we offer entirely bespoke options our team experience can offer the experience to make such requests a reality

• Award winning chef owners – Not to toot our own horn but our chef owners come from an award winning chef background; having worked as development/Lead chefs for such brands as M&S, Aynhoe Park, Soho Farmhouse & Various restaurant groups as well as private chefs in a variety of settings, including an enviable black book of celebrity contacts, such as The Beckhams & Kate Moss to name a few. They have won rosette awards in various restaurants they have worked in and awards for best chef in Northampton and Milton Keynes respectively.

• No agencies – All of our staff members are employed directly by us. We have a strict training program that all of our team members must pass before they are allowed to work at an event. This ensures consistency and demands a high standard of service. We never use agencies and this ensures we control the level of staffing ability present at an event, it also ensures costs are kept down for the client. All of our event staff must work a week in our restaurant before they work an event shift.

• We own a restaurant – This ensures our clients can have a taste of our offering and standards ahead of committing to a tasting or booking with our team. We also hold the tastings at our restaurant so the respective client can see our team in action in a natural setting.

• We own our own equipment – We never hire kitchen equipment, glassware or crockery & cutlery unless our clients wish for an alternative in which case we have partners we work closely with and offer to handle the communication process to allow as little stress as possible for our clients.

• Competitive pricing – for various reasons listed above we ensure our prices are competitive whilst still maintaining an exacting standard of offering. We have lots of options that suit a variety of budgets and catering styles.

• Ongoing Support – We work with you to ensure our offering mirrors your expectations; including working with set budgets where required to develop an offering that suits our clients, menu development, and on call services where we can quickly react to any last minute requirements if required. We have turned around whole wedding catering within 48 hours in an emergency situation for one of our venue clients.
