Dog Walking
Very friendly take my dog for two to three hours once a week so I can go to the theatre. He seems to be very happy and content.

Dylan loves his walks with Mel and Kim at TBBD...they’ve been walking him and providing pet care services; teeth cleaning and grooming for 18 months now and we couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. They have been an absolute god send throughout Covid and have been extremely accommodating when having to rearrange at short notice due to changes in work commitments. For the last 3 years Mel and The Big Blue Dog team have been taking Jet for day care, pack walks, grooming and teeth cleaning and I can’t recommend them highly enough, Jet loves his days with the pack and always comes back clean and happy, even after the wettest and muddiest of walks! Working in the emergency services means things can, and often do, change at very short notice and Mel and Kim are so understanding and accommodating when this happens. Highly recommend The Big Blue Dog!!!
It was the first trip we had taken since Harley had his operation, even though he had been given the all clear, we were still worried to leave him.
Mel took such good care of my Harley and sent us lots of pictures and updates of him.
He looked very comfortable, content and looked like he was enjoying his mini holiday at The Big Blue Dog!

Henri has spent 2/3 days a week with Mel & Kim every since he was a puppy. He frequently has sleep overs & spends his hollibobs there too.
Henri also has a little spa treatment and comes back smelling like a dream!
For Henri they are a second family & he loves them dearly. They are extremely caring & considerate, whilst offering the professionalism & dependability needed when organising care for your four legged friends. I cannot imagine my life without them & nor can Henri.

Mel has walked and boarded all my dogs over the years. My Golden Retriever Woody thinks of Mel as a favorite Aunty and loves his walks with her and Kim every week .
They have now started taking my Australian Doodle puppy Evie out for short walks .
I highly recommend The Big Blue Dog and can not speak highly enough of Mel . I totally put my trust in them to take care of my dogs as if they were their own.

Can't recommended Mel and Kim enough! Such caring and lovely people, so glad we found them. Chilli loves going to their house, he gets so exited to see them both! They know his character so well and really go beyond to make him feel at home in their house.
