I recently had an excellent experience with The Ambient Heating Company when they came out to fix my boiler. From the initial call, their customer service was friendly and professional, and they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Our technician Tom arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the correct parts. He returned the next day and repaired the boiler, explaining everything along the way, and ensuring everything was running smoothly before leaving. I would highly recommend.
