Time keeping was excellent, job was completed on time, the only thing I wasn't pleased about was the price increase midway through the job,, under the pretext more to do than I thought.
That I thought was a bit nippy.
But as I said I cant really complain, the job was completed on time, and the house was cleared. Margaret team are very nice people and Margaret is very charming.

The staff member who cleaned my sofa was very polite, friendly and hardworking. However I wasn’t told that the leather on the sofa might split during the process. When I Phoned to discuss this I was basically told that the splits were probably there already and the cleaning had just made it more obvious. I was told they would ask the cleaner if there was any treatment that would help this but I never heard back. Overall I was pleased but don’t think I would have paid £140 for cleaning if I’d known.
