Nathan rang me to discuss my problem. He offered to come on the same day and try to fix it. He rang later to confirm, and arrived at the confirmed time.
He examined my computer {a brand new build that, despite appearing to work, gave no output to the monitor}, researched for a minute online through his 'phone, and diagnosed 'a memory problem'.
He removed and replaced the memory sticks on my computer and my problem disappeared.

Nathan was polite, considerate and reassuring; and he solved my problem.
